Q: Do your snow chains come with patents?
A: Yes. Our snow chain designs are protected by registered patents in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Patent documents are available on request for your records, customs clearance, and legal verification.
Q: How do I choose the right snow chain size for my tires?
A: Check the tire size code on your sidewall — for example, 205/55 R16. The first number 205 is the tire width in millimetres, which is what you match to a chain’s fitment range. Our TPU chains fit 165–275mm; steel chains cover 175–275mm depending on model. Send us your tire size, and we’ll confirm the right model before you order.
Q: What’s the difference between TPU and steel snow chains?
A: TPU chains are flexible, quiet, lightweight, and gentle on alloy wheels — best for passenger cars and occasional snow. Q195 steel chains provide maximum bite on ice and packed snow and handle heavier vehicles — best for SUVs, trucks, and frequent mountain driving.
Q: Snow socks or snow chains — which should I choose?
A: Snow socks are lightweight, install in minutes without moving the vehicle, and store compactly — ideal for occasional snow, city driving, or as an emergency backup. Metal chains deliver maximum traction for severe conditions and repeated use. Many of our customers carry both.
Q: What is your after-sales policy?
A: Every product is inspected before shipment. If you receive defective goods, send photos or video within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll provide replacements or credit on your next order.
